OfferQR is operated by Bellso Enterprise LLC. This Privacy Policy explains how OfferQR collects, uses, and stores information when merchants and shoppers use the OfferQR application.

Information we receive from Shopify

OfferQR may access store information needed to provide the service, including the store domain, store name, currency, product titles, variants, product images, prices, SKUs, and barcodes.

Information merchants provide

Merchants may create QR listings, set private minimum offer prices, configure store display settings, and accept, decline, or counter shopper offers.

Information shoppers provide

When a shopper submits an offer, OfferQR may collect the shopper's name, offer amount, optional phone number, optional message, and limited request information used for security and abuse prevention.

How we use information

Information is used to operate OfferQR, display product information, deliver shopper offers to the appropriate merchant, manage offer decisions, maintain checkout approvals, prevent abuse, troubleshoot the service, and comply with applicable legal obligations.

Sharing of information

We do not sell personal information. Information may be processed by Shopify and service providers used to host and operate OfferQR only as necessary to provide the service, maintain security, or meet legal requirements.

Data retention and deletion

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide OfferQR, maintain security and business records, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations. We respond to applicable privacy and deletion requests, including Shopify's mandatory compliance webhooks.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or loss.
